FULL CAMP RENTAL
Standard Package $3,000 up to 100 guests. $20 for each additional guest
The standard package gives you access to the main camp, waterfront, boats, and trails
Exclusive Package $3,900 up to 100 guests. $20 for each additional guest
The exclusive package is the same as the standard package, but no other guests will be allowed on site
PARTIAL CAMP RENTAL
Lodge, Kitchen, Dining Hall $2,300 up to 100 guests. $20 for each additional guest
Kitchen, Dining Hall $1,500 up to 100 guests. $20 for each additional guest
Lodge $1,000 up to 100 guests. $20 for each additional guest
Dormitory $1,600 Full use, up to 52 guests, $800 Half use, up to 26 guests
Cabins (each) $130 up to 12 guests
Barbeque Area $170 up to 50 guests
Livestock Facility $950 32 horse stalls and arena
Stall Rental $25 per stall 32 horse stalls
Haul In- Haul Out $12 per horse
*Rates above are for check-in after 3:00 PM on your first day and 11 AM check-out on your last day.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee. These rates also presume the renter will clean the facility before check-out. Otherwise, additional cleaning fees will apply.
*Panhandle 4-H Camp’s policy highly recommends a lifeguard but you can “swim at your own risk”*
*All boaters must wear a life vest.*
