PRIME SEASON Nonprofit Rates (May – October)

            $15/person

These rates assume normal check-in time after 3:00 p.m. and normal check-out time noon. Early check-in may be available for a fee.

MAIN CAMP FACILITIES

Lodge                                                 $   500 up to 100 persons. $15 each additional person

Dormitory                                          $   400 one side of dorm, up to 26 persons

                                                            $   800 full dorm, up to 52 persons

Cabins (each)                                    $   100 up to 12 persons.

Barbeque Area                                  $   100 up to 10 persons. $15 each additional person

Kitchen, Dining Hall                           $  700 up to 100 persons. $15 each additional person

Lodge, Kitchen, Dining Hall $ 1,100 up to 100 persons. $15 each additional person

Panhandle Package                           $ 1,500 up to 100 persons. $15 each additional person

(Main Camp Use – does not include Yurt, Challenge Course)

Exclusive Package                             $ 2,000 up to 100 persons. $15 each additional person

(Same as Panhandle Package but no other site users permitted – does not include Yurt, Challenge Course)

LIVESTOCK FACILITIES

Barn, stalls, arenas and pens           $500 up to 25 persons. $15 each additional person

As add-on to other facility rental or as part of an open ride day or other event:

Stall                                                    $15 per day - 12’ x 12’ stall (bedding additional)

Haul in fee                                          $10 per rider per day

FOREST ACCESS (no harvesting) – Shared day-use included in fees above.

Overnight camping                           $5 per participant 10 person minimum

Panhandle Package                           $ 2,300 up to 100 persons. $20 each additional person

(Main Camp Exclusive Use – does not include Yurt, Challenge Course, or Livestock Area)

Inclusive Package                              $ 3,000 up to 100 persons. $20 each additional person

(No other site users permitted – does not include Yurt, Challenge Course or Livestock Area)
